I'm Ervin Parashumti and I'm a product designer with a passion for building modular systems that are flexible, functional, and meaningful. I believe great software should stand for something and make users feel connected, not only serve a purpose. Modularity shapes everything I design because it brings core flexibility, enabling products to evolve and adapt naturally.
Work Experience

INSRD
2024 – 2025
I joined INSRD with the mission to build a cutting-edge software platform that would redefine how insurance brokers operate in an ever-evolving market. At the core of the project was a vision: to create a system that not only modernized outdated workflows but also addressed the needs of new and rapidly growing industries—ones that traditional insurance models often overlooked. My role involved a combination of strategic planning, research, product development & design, and close collaboration with brokers and the engineers to deliver the first product for the startup.

Kaiser X Labs
2017 – 2024
I spent seven years at Kaiser X Labs which is the user experience company of Allianz. Started as a Brand and Visual Designer and eventually lead a team tasked with designing the next generation of claim management. My work centered on transforming how claims were processed—making the system more efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with modern customer expectations. Leading a team of talented designers, I oversaw everything from research and prototyping to the final implementation, ensuring that creativity and business goals worked hand in hand. Navigating a large corporate structure was a challenge, but it taught me how to push for innovation within constraints, gain buy-in from key stakeholders, and drive meaningful improvements in both customer experience and operational workflows.

Freelance
2015 — 2017
I worked with small businesses on projects aimed at improving their online presence. One of the most impactful projects involved designing a custom quote-and-buy flow for a company offering complex print products. By simplifying what was traditionally a confusing, phone-based ordering process, I created an intuitive, streamlined digital experience that made it easier for customers to configure and place orders online. The result was a 200% increase in online orders compared to phone inquiries, demonstrating how thoughtful design could directly impact business performance and customer satisfaction.
